Keeping Healthy Body
For people in general must always have a healthy body is the desire and hope of all of us. Due to the support of healthy body then we can run our daily activities better and maximum anyway. Especially for health workers who must daily touch with people who are sick both in terms of the process of care and treatment and healing process.
How to provide good health care when the condition of our own as a health worker in particular is not fit or less healthy. Rather than optimal care we can give, and we can even be at risk for contracting the disease when having and caring for patients with infectious diseases. That's what is important and benefits of maintaining the health and fitness of our body. although the pain is there wisdom in the hospital that we can get.
It sewajibnya as a Muslim we are to be thankful for the blessings that we get healthy and God gave us all. With gratitude to God will be the one because it would be subdued favors bestowed on someone and cause the arrival of the favors of Allah others. Allah says which means: "Remember therefore ye unto me, and thank you to Me, and do not you deny (favors)-Me." (Surat al-Baqara: 152).
One way to celebrate this deliciously healthy is to maintain the health of our bodies and use them in the pious and the good deeds we can do for most people.
When we talk about health tips entity then that needs attention is the factor that can affect the condition of our bodies such as the start of the food we eat, the weather conditions and the environment around us and so on. Moreover, we are in the rainy season, then we need some tips on maintaining a healthy body during the rainy season.
